Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently offer shipping within Canada only to ensure we provide the best possible service and delivery experience for the Canadian market.

Where are the products shipped from?

We ship from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to offer you a curated selection of fashion at the most competitive prices.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications may not be possible. Once delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

What if I do not receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 35 days from the shipment date:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund.
  • A courtesy discount code may be offered for delayed deliveries.
  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a full refund will be issued.

How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@arcticapparal.com. Return requests must be approved before sending any items. Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a refund can be processed. You may also request a replacement instead of a refund.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
